Jennie Medina is an attorney practicing in the Bay Area. Her practice focuses on immigration, specifically removal defense, family and humanitarian matters.

Jennie received her B.A. in Latin American and Latino studies from U.C. Santa Cruz. Thereafter, she worked for an immigration attorney as a legal assistant.  Jennie attended law school at Seton Hall in New Jersey where she earned her J.D. While studying at Seton Hall Law, Jennie interned at the United Nations, the Supreme Court of Justice of Costa Rica and represented indigent juveniles in detention hearings in Essex County Family Court.

Prior to launching her practice in 2022, Jennie worked at boutique immigration law firms in New Jersey and in California. Jennie is excited to bring her extensive experience in immigration law to the Bay Area. 

Jennie’s goal is to ensure that everyone, regardless of their background or circumstances, has access to high-quality legal representation.
